
I have had my own experience with weight gain, weight loss, skin problems, etc. I've found getting sexier to be very easy and simple! You don't have to go under the knife, take pills, and quit eating all together. Too many risks involved! No matter how you look...LOVE YOURSELF!!!!! If you are looking for improvement, I've got a few tips for you ;))
1. Quit the over-consumption of DAIRY PRODUCTS. Dairy products can cause Crohn's Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrom, and Mucous. Ummmm...that is NOT sexy. LOL. Try replacing your everyday bowl of icecream or cup of milk with Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, A piece of Fruit, A vegetable smoothie, or even Apple Chips ;)
2. Excersize! If you live in a house with steps, work those steps like a treadmill! Walk to the Store, Park far from your destination to get in some extra steps. Join the Gym and actually Go! Improving your flexibility is not only Sexy, but very rewarding. Join a yoga class and get those limbs stretching!
3. Stop cooking your vegetables. You get more NUTRITIONAL benefits from RAW FOODS. Instead of cooking your vegetables, clean them and eat them the way the are. I know this is hard for Southern Folks, but it's possible and the way nature intended.

4 Drink more AQUA! Quit the sodas, juices, and so-called healthy "splenda" drinks. Splenda is Dangerous! LOL. Water was always here for us and is craving for our attention.
5. Smother your skin in raw shea/cocoa butters. Not only is this sexy, but it works. Lotions you purchase from Wal-Mart have more Chemicals in them than bathroom cleaners. They dry your skin and ruin your Life. Throw them away! Olive Oil & Jasmine oil are great, too!
6. Play with your kids. Stop spending 99% of your time worrying about how clean the house is and how much they've ruined they're clothes. Roll around in the dirt, jump on the bed, and have a water gun fight in the middle of the night. Kids keep us Youthful! So stop acting so old! If they ruin their clothes, oh well. It's not smart to pay $20 for an outfit if your child is under 5. LOL
7. Stop Smoking. Smoking ruins your lungs, darkens your lips, dries out your skin, etc. etc. We learned this in grade school!
8. Keep your peace of Mind! Whatever it takes....playing your favorite instrument, meditating, writing books, volunteering, etc. Do something that keeps you at peace!
9. Get those lips in order. Dry-Cracked lips are not sexy. A honey lip moisturizer heals chapped lips. Add ½ tsp. honey and ½ vitamin E capsule to melted 3 oz. beeswax and 4 oz. olive oil. Let this moisturizer mix sit for 48 hours.
10. Be Clean! Stop skipping showers and forgetting to wash your face. Your a queen and you need to be CLEAN! This soap is my FAVE!
